Date Night Pottery Class – Richmond Studio, Toronto
Looking for a date night that is anything but ordinary? Join us at our Richmond studio in Toronto for a playful, hands-on pottery experience for couples. In this 2-hour intimate class, you and your partner will share one wheel and create a piece together, whether it’s a mug, bowl, or whatever your four hands dream up.
No experience is needed — just bring a sense of fun and a willingness to get a little messy. The class begins with a guided demo from our instructor, who will provide support as much or as little as you need while you shape your creation together.
Once your piece is complete, it will be bisque fired, glazed, and kiln fired to make it food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe, so you can enjoy your handmade creation at home.
This workshop is a fun and creative way to connect, collaborate, and get your hands dirty together.

What to expect
- Expect to get a bit dirty with clay slip, but all materials used will wipe off with water, or come out in the laundry
- The last 20 minutes of the class will be dedicated to clean-up
- This class is Including instruction and clean up
- This class includes one fired piece
- Any included or purchased pottery will be fired by our team to make it food-safe, and ready for pickup 3 weeks after the class.
What to bring
- Please bring an apron and hand towel for you to use during the class.
- Short trimmed nails are ideal for ceramic creativity, but our team is happy to instruct some work-arounds for acrylics.
