Richmond Studio Rental
Our Richmond Studio is located at 474 Richmond St. W in downtown Toronto, near the intersection of Richmond and Spadina. This unique three-floor space plus backyard is available for hourly rentals and can accommodate up to 150 guests, making it ideal for workshops, team-building events, private parties, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and brand events.
The studio includes three private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, loft space, pottery wheel room, pillow pit lounge area, tables and seating, TV screens, and a rooftop patio with fresh air and views overlooking the city, plus much more.

Studio Loft Space
Our Richmond Studio Loft Space is available for hourly rental and offers a cozy, welcoming environment to gather, connect, share a meal, host a team-building workshop, celebrate a party, or hold presentations. The space includes a fully equipped kitchenette, fridge, private bathroom, loft-style pillow pit, tables, and seating.
Board Room Space
Our boardroom is available for hourly rental and is ideal for presentations, strategy sessions, meetings, and private parties for both small and large businesses. The space comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, with the option to reserve two side-by-side rooms on the same floor to host up to 20 guests. Equipped with TV screens and music capabilities, it supports seamless presentations, productive discussions, and memorable gatherings in a professional yet welcoming setting.
Painting Space
Our painting room is available for hourly rental and is ideal for painting workshops, team-building activities, meetings, and private parties for both small and large businesses. The space comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, with the option to reserve two rooms side by side (boardroom space) on the same floor to host up to 20 guests.
Wheel Space
Our second-floor pottery wheel room is a dedicated space for pottery wheel workshops, team-building activities, date nights, group gatherings, private celebrations, and parties. The studio comfortably fits 10–12 pottery wheels in a functional and welcoming setup. The space includes a sink, wedging table, water cooler, and organized tool shelf, everything needed for a smooth, creative, and hands-on pottery experience.
Outdoor Terrace
Our third-floor outdoor terrace is available for hourly rental and offers a unique open-air setting overlooking the north side of Graffiti Alley on Queen St. W. Ideal for team-building workshops, private parties, birthdays, casual meetings, brand events, date nights, and group gatherings, the terrace comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Open year-round, the space also includes outdoor heaters for added comfort during the cooler months.
Outdoor Backyard
Our ground floor outdoor backyard is available for hourly rental and offers a spacious, open air setting in the heart of Graffiti Alley on Queen Street West. Ideal for larger gatherings, receptions, and team events, the space comfortably accommodates 65 or more guests. Open all year long, outdoor heaters are available in the cooler months!
