Our entire studio is available for hourly rental and offers a versatile, private setting for corporate events, off site meetings, workshops, and team building experiences. Spanning three floors, the space includes a boardroom equipped with a TV, a large open area that can accommodate up to 30 people with tables and chairs, a loft space, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. Guests also have access to an outdoor backyard and terrace, with convenient parking available on the street or in the adjacent lot. Designed to support both structured meetings and collaborative gatherings, the studio provides a professional and adaptable environment for larger groups.

Board Room Space
Our boardroom is available for hourly rental and is ideal for presentations, strategy sessions, and meetings for both small and large businesses. The space comfortably accommodates 10 people, with the option to reserve two rooms on the same floor to host up to 25 guests. Equipped with TV screens and a speaker system, it supports seamless presentations and productive discussions in a professional, focused setting.
Outdoor Terrace
Our third floor outdoor terrace is available for hourly rental and offers a unique, open air setting overlooking the north side of Graffiti Alley on Queen St. W. Ideal for small gatherings, casual meetings, or breakout sessions, the terrace comfortably accommodates 10 to 15 people. Open all year long, outdoor heaters are available in the cooler months!
Outdoor Backyard
Our first floor outdoor backyard is available for hourly rental and offers a spacious, open air setting in the heart of Graffiti Alley on Queen Street West. Ideal for larger gatherings, receptions, and team events, the space comfortably accommodates 30 or more guests. Open all year long, outdoor heaters are available in the cooler months!
