This Valentine’s Date Night experience invites you and your special someone to share one pottery wheel and create one ceramic piece together—a playful, hands-on way to connect, laugh, and get a little messy.
You’ll collaborate on one shared piece, taking turns centering, shaping, and refining your creation as our instructor guides you through the basics of wheel throwing. No experience needed—just come ready to slow down, have fun, and enjoy the moment together.
This workshop is all about: hands in clay, music in the background, and human love and connection.
After the workshop, your piece will be fired and finished with a clear glaze, making it food-safe and dishwasher-safe—a lasting reminder of your Valentine’s date.

What to expect
- Expect to get a bit dirty with clay slip, but all materials used will wipe off with water, or come out in the laundry
- The last 20 minutes of the class will be dedicated to clean-up
- This class is one, 75 minute class, including instruction and clean up
- This class includes one fired piece
- Any included or purchased pottery will be fired by our team to make it food-safe, and ready for pickup 3 weeks after the class.
What to bring
- Please bring an apron and hand towel for you to use during the class.
- Short trimmed nails are ideal for ceramic creativity, but our team is happy to instruct some work-arounds for acrylics.
