Handbuilding Holiday Gingerbread House Workshop – Richmond Studio, Toronto
Get into the holiday spirit in this 3-hour handbuilding pottery workshop at our Richmond studio in Toronto. You will create your very own clay gingerbread house, guided by beginner-friendly handbuilding techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab-building. Our instructors will support you step by step as you craft a unique holiday centerpiece to enjoy for years to come.
No experience is needed and all skill levels are welcome. The class begins with a guided demo, then gives you plenty of time and guidance to add personal details and creative touches to your gingerbread house.
Important Note: To have your gingerbread house ready in time for Christmas, please attend a workshop before December 1. The full ceramic process takes about three weeks, including drying, bisque firing, glazing, and a final kiln firing.
Each house will be finished with a clear glaze and kiln-fired to create a durable, long-lasting piece.
Join us at our Toronto Richmond studio for a festive, hands-on holiday pottery experience that is perfect for beginners and holiday lovers alike.
