We make them, you paint them! Choose a handmade ceramic piece and decorate it with professional underglaze paints in a relaxed, beginner-friendly setting.
In this 1.5-hour Paint Your Own Pottery session, you’ll enjoy a relaxed, beginner-friendly space to personalize your own ceramic piece.
Choose from a curated collection of handmade ceramic pieces, crafted in-studio by our team of artists using our signature beige speckled or white stoneware. You’ll use professional underglaze paints to decorate your piece with vibrant colour and personal flair — from bold brushstrokes to tiny details.
This is your time to unwind, let go of the day, and simply play with colour. No pressure, no perfection — just a fun, meditative workshop where you can switch off your brain and let your hands (and imagination) do the work. Whether you’re solo, with friends, or making it a date, this is a fun and relaxed class.
This workshop includes one small ceramic piece — think mini plates, jewelry holders, or figurines. Want to go bigger? You can upgrade to larger pieces like bowls, plates, cups, or mugs for an additional cost.
Once you’re done, we’ll apply a clear glaze and fire it in our kiln to make your pottery food, microwave, and dishwasher safe.
Who is it for
This class is for all ages or adults (based on booking), at any skill levels.
What to expect
- Expect to get a bit dirty with underglaze paints but all materials used will wipe off with water, or come out in the laundry.
- The last few minutes of the class will be dedicated to clean-up.
- Your pottery will be fired by our team to make it food-safe, and ready for pickup 3 weeks after the class.
- This class is one, 1.5 hour painting session
- This class includes attendance fee, the cost of the piece is payable at the end of the session
What to bring
- Please bring an apron for you to use during the class.
Please note:
- Purchases are nonrefundable, and rescheduling requires 72 hours' notice.
- Due to class schedules we are not able to offer make-up classes for multi-week classes.
- The studio is not liable for lost or broken pieces, recognizing explosions and cracks as inherent in the ceramic process.
- Please be sure to arrive on time, late arrivals may be denied entry.
