Make It Piece by Piece: A Hands-On Beginner Mosaic Workshop.

Step into the vibrant, tactile world of mosaics — an ancient art form that turns fragments into something beautifully whole. In this 1.5-hour beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of mosaic design, from composition and color placement to tile cutting and adhesive techniques.

Choose from one of three flat-surfaced objects to mosaic: a wooden coaster, a glass tile, or upgrade to a ceramic plate (available for an additional cost). Using a curated mix of handmade ceramic tiles, glass, and pottery pieces — some crafted right here in our studio — you’ll cut, arrange, and glue your design piece by piece. Our instructors will guide you through every step, making it easy and accessible for all skill levels.

Once your design is set, you’ll apply grout and take your creation home the same day. Just remove it from the paper bag once home, let it dry completely, and finish it off with a light rub of cooking oil for a smooth, finished look.

All materials are included. Whether you go abstract or geometric, bold or minimalist, this workshop is all about creative expression through color, texture, and form.

Come get inspired, slow down, and make something meaningful — one piece at a time.
