Keanna

Keanna Campbell is a ceramic artist studying at Sheridan’s craft and design program with a specialty in ceramics. Currently making her mark in craft and design, she brings a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge to her work.

Originally a visual artist, Keanna experienced an artistic shift in 2022, after discovering the limitless possibilities and diverse methods presented in the medium of clay. The tactile nature and unique capacity for expression drew her into the world of Ceramics. Since then she has taken a path towards enhancing her knowledge and bringing new insights as a former painter turned ceramicist.

Her work places emphasis on functionality with a decorative flair. Keanna’s goal is to create beauty with her work so that her pieces can find a place in the world of decor. Her aim as an instructor is to demonstrate how one can create their own intimate pieces as well as find joy and serenity in the process of creation. Keanna believes pottery is for everyone and that each individual can truly create something special through mindfulness and relaxation.
