No Experience Needed – Just Bring Your Hands!
Step into the world of pottery and create your own bespoke dish set, all while learning the art of handbuilding using the Pouf Method. This class is designed for those who may not consider themselves “creative,” but still want to make something beautiful and functional.
In this two-part masterclass, you’ll use the Pouf Method to create your choice of handmade plates — dinner, salad, dessert, or tapas — using 4 kilos of clay. Decorate with vibrant underglazes, decorative transfers or scrafitto surface design. By the end, you'll have a beautiful set to set your spring table.
What to Expect:
- Two Sessions: Each 2 hours long, for an enjoyable, hands-on experience.
- Clay & Tools Provided: 4 kilos of clay to create the dishes you want.
- No Experience Required: The Pouf Method makes pottery easy and fun.
- Perfect for Spring: Create custom dishes that brighten your table.

What to expect
- Expect to get a bit dirty with clay slip, but all materials used will wipe off with water, or come out in the laundry
- The last 20 minutes of the class will be dedicated to clean-up
- This class is 2, 2 hour sessions
- This class includes All materials, 4 kilos of clay, vibrant underglaze & transfers, clear glaze and firing
- Any included or purchased pottery will be fired by our team to make it food-safe, and ready for pickup 3 weeks after the class.
What to bring
- Please bring an apron and hand towel for you to use during the class.
- Short trimmed nails are ideal for ceramic creativity, but our team is happy to instruct some work-arounds for acrylics.
Please note:
- Purchases are nonrefundable, and rescheduling requires 72 hours' notice.
- The studio is not liable for lost or broken pieces, recognizing explosions and cracks as inherent in the ceramic process.
