About this class
Get into the festive spirit by creating your own handmade ornaments for your tree, home, or as a one-of-a-kind gift!
In this workshop, you'll be provided with just under 1 kilo of clay (a flat slab), which is enough to craft approximately 10 good size ornaments, depending on size. You can also make table decorations or unique items for your mantelpiece!
Our Seasonal Ornament Making Handbuilding Classes are perfect for adults and teens 14 +. Your little ones can join as well at a discounted rate. (Materials will only be provided for each booked adult). Please book a space for each person attending, and then apply the discount code HOLIDAYKID at the checkout.
Limited to one discounted childrens booking per adult booking. Adults attending with 2 or more children please email us, we will make it happen!

What to expect
- Expect to get a bit dirty with clay slip, but all materials used will wipe off with water, or come out in the laundry
- The last 20 minutes of the class will be dedicated to clean-up
- This class is one, 3 hour session
- This class includes class instruction and aprox 10 fired ornaments
- Any included or purchased pottery will be fired by our team to make it food-safe, and ready for pickup 3 weeks after the class.
What to bring
- Please bring an apron and hand towel for you to use during the class.
- Short trimmed nails are ideal for ceramic creativity, but our team is happy to instruct some work-arounds for acrylics.
Please note:
- Purchases are nonrefundable, and rescheduling requires 72 hours' notice.
- The studio is not liable for lost or broken pieces, recognizing explosions and cracks as inherent in the ceramic process.
- Please be sure to arrive on time, late arrivals may be denied entry.
